The WAVE COMPRESSOR is a module which is intended to compress and limit the final level of any waveform or mix that must not exceed levels around 10 Volts. Its action can be adjusted to fit all major signals inside a modular system and it is very useful to avoid distortion and to promote a dense sound in many patches. It can also be used with noise and drums modules to give an extra ‘punch’ to percussive sounds.
